S.W.A.T. Rescue Team Training

A crime has taken place… Now your team must pass their SWAT Rescue Training and save the day!

In this fun, playful and bonding team-building program, participants are caught off-guard as the day starts just like any “normal” team building would… With context setting and a fun ice-breaker…

But things take an unexpected turn when a “crime” takes place! Not to fear, our S.W.A.T. team shows up and takes control of the crime scene, and breaking your group into teams with specific competitive and collaborative missions.

Your team’s S.W.A.T. training begins in earnest, with a collection of fun, engaging and challenging activities designed to test their problem solving abilities, creativity, observational skills, communication abilities and ability to work together toward a common goal.

After their basic training is completed, teams are notified of their overall training scores and are re-united as a group to inspect the “crime scene” for additional clues to help them solve the case.

Upon documenting the crime scene, teams are led to the discovery of a final set of clues and challenges that force them to apply what they learned during their basic training to solve the case!  Their final challenge reveals a clue that leads them to the location of the kidnapped victim!

This is an entertaining, active and engaging event that challenges participants to reach a new level of communication, creative problem-solving, building trust, perhaps most importantly having fun and bonding!
