Navigate A Minefield

Sometimes business is a lot like navigating a minefield. In this fun, challenging and rewarding team-building event, our professional facilitator leads your team through a series of challenges that help them work on communication, collaboration, task and time management, problem solving and most importantly, it’s fun!

After setting the intentions for the day and doing an ice-breaker that sets the tone for the day, your group is broken into teams in a fun and creative manner.

After teams are formed, they are prepared with the information they need to succeed with the day’s challenge.  They then set about earning materials to build their own “mine field” as well as “mine defusing” bonus materials for winning challenges.

To earn these materials and bonus items, they must compete in a series of challenges which are designed to test them physically, mentally, creatively and even help them get out of their comfort zone and into a spirited and team-first mindset.

Once the materials-earning phase of the challenge is completed, teams must then construct their “minefield,” careful to not let other teams see what they’re up against.

Once the minefields are complete, teams take turns attempting to navigate each other’s minefields without setting off any of the mines. Their creativity and ingenuity is tested as they must figure out ways across the minefield without triggering bombs.
