Superhero Mission Challenge

Find the super powers in your team, with the Superhero Mission Challenge!

This half day program is sure to unleash the hidden secret abilities of your employees, creating a fun, memorable bonding experience that will teleport your whole team to the next level! If you want to get your team out and about, and challenge them to have fun and get outside of their comfort zone, this is a GREAT way to accomplish an amazing day!

The event begins with your professional facilitator (codename: Mission Central) welcoming your group and doing some fun ice breakers to get everyone in the spirit of the day.

After your group is broken into teams (anywhere from 3 to 10 people per team) they are issued their first challenge:  take the materials they’ve been given, and turn one member of their team into a super hero, and one member of their team into a super villain! Each character must have an entertaining backstory including how they got their powers, their weakness, and a demonstration of their “special moves.”

Presentations are voted upon and results are logged for later..

Once the heroes and villains have been born, the teams have their superhero missions unlocked… Using our proprietary mobile application, your team has a list of activities which we can customize ahead of time based on your specific location, goals and “adventure level” of your group. Groups self-select their missions, with more difficult missions being worth more points, and capture hilarious photos of the crime-fighters in action around town.

There is a quickly apparent value to creativity, adventurousness, and a willingness to go outside of the “comfort zone.” Other topics include synergy, collaboration, and time management.

At the end of the mission, everyone meets back at “mission central” where the final results are reported and the final winners are announced!
